STRATEGY INSIGHT LAB IS A PROJECT DELIVERED BY CASS BUSINESS SCHOOL, CITY, UNIVERSITY OF LONDON, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD, BOCCONI UNIVERSITY, THE LONDON GROWTH HUB AND CAVENDISH ENTERPRISE FOR THE DELIVERY OF A TRAINING PROGRAMME TO UK MICROBUSINESSES (0-9 EMPLOYEES).

THE TRAINING IS COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE
Strategy Insight Lab combines a dynamic and engaging approach to business with rigorous methodology developed in partnership with academics and business experts in management.
As part of the project, businesses will receive a three-month business support programme, to support them develop management skills following tried and tested methodologies developed by academic experts and experienced business mentors.
The project will use interactive and hands on materials, to enable businesses to implement changes to their business practice from the first session.

Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive a certificate of participation. They will also be invited to dedicated exclusive monthly events and networking opportunities.
Successful participants may also apply to participate in Strategy Insight Lab's annual Investor Demo Day, which is scheduled for the end of 2019.
Strategy Insight Lab is offered free of charge as part of a research programme.

Duncan is a 2-time co-founder and business advisor. He has worked for more than 25 years in the UK, Australia, Asia, Europe and the US.
His primary business skills and experience includes investment readiness, growth, operations and talent acquisition.
During this time, he developed MVP’s, worked in clinical trials to help validate their products and sold into B2B enterprise clients, schools and partners
Sriram is the Global Lead for Disruptive M&A at Deloitte, a proposition to advise companies on growth opportunities through acquisitions and investments in innovative start-ups.
He is globally recognised as a thought-leader in M&A and disruptive innovation and his work has been featured in Financial Times, WSJ, The Economist and NY Times.
Norbert Lurz is a former Senior Executive of global Consumer Goods Companies Procter & Gamble, Gillette and Reckitt Benckiser, where he served in both operational and strategic roles of increasing responsibility in Marketing, Sales, General Management, and as Global Division Head and CEO for Western Europe.
He has a business passion for “winning” through brands, innovation and people.
Nicolai Schumann is a certified trainer and holds a Master of Media Management as well as a Master of Business Administration. He founded and ran several start-ups including Major Films, a story & screenplay development company, and Alice’s Pig, an international fashion label.
He has recently founded the storytelling consulting firm Universal Storyteller.

To apply for this free business support programme you need to be a microbusiness (0-9 employees) and hold a unique UK business identification number (i.e. Business Name, Business Postcode, Companies House Registration Number, VAT Number, PAYE Number or Unique Tax Reference Number)
Dates & location
The business support programme for SME owners, will take place at
starting in February 2019 and finishing in April 2019.
The programme comprises 7 meetings, each one lasting 3 hours. Participants are expected to attend at least 5 of the 7 core meetings.
The programme will be delivered in two cycles, one scheduled on Saturdays and one scheduled in the evenings of weekdays (on either Wednesdays or Thursdays).
