Strategy Insight Lab combines a dynamic and engaging approach to business with rigorous methodology developed in partnership with academics and business experts in management.
As part of the project, businesses will receive a three-month business support programme, to support them develop management skills following tried and tested methodologies developed by academic experts and experienced business mentors.
The project will use interactive and hands on materials, to enable businesses to implement changes to their business practice from the first session.
Academic support
Cass Business School and University of Oxford, in collaboration with Bocconi University, will provide their world-renowned expertise in the field of management and entrepreneurship to deliver cutting-edge business knowledge to business owners

To apply for this free business support programme you need to be a microbusiness (0-9 employees) and hold a unique UK business identification number (i.e. Business Name, Business Postcode, Companies House Registration Number, VAT Number, PAYE Number or Unique Tax Reference Number)
Dates & location
The business support programme for SME owners, will take place at
Cass Business School, 106 Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y8TZ
starting in February 2019 and finishing in April 2019.
The programme comprises 7 meetings, each one lasting 3 hours. Participants are expected to attend at least 5 of the 7 core meetings.
The programme will be delivered in two cycles, one scheduled on Saturdays and one scheduled in the evenings of weekdays (on either Wednesdays or Thursdays).
